Kim Kuperschmid has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 1997 and is a true Long Island native; born and raised in Nassau County’s Village of Floral Park. She currently resides in the City by the Sea - Long Beach. A lifelong resident of Long Island, Kim is very knowledgeable of the many benefits and amenities that Long Island has to offer. From Belmont Racetrack on the Western border of Nassau out to the Montauk Lighthouse in Suffolk and from the Gold Coast of the Long Island Sound to the beautiful white sand Atlantic Ocean Beaches of the South Shore, and everything in between. Prior to real estate, she worked as an office manager/owner of a world-class recording studio.     Kim has had plenty of experience working with a variety of people and personalities through managing businesses and running some of her own entrepreneurial endeavors over the years. She has learned patience and emphatic listening through her experiences and has garnered a talent for making people feel calm and comfortable for a smoother transaction for all.  She also spent time working as a bookkeeper and in building management for a co-op in Long Beach for 10 years and has personal experience with investment properties as well. 

Kim fondly remembers one incident which occurred while representing the buyer for a condo. After the closing, the seller (who was not her client) gave her a little gift and card of thanks for taking her phone calls and helping her stay calm, get through the process, and deal with the emotional ups and downs of selling. That was an additional surprise that Kim didn't expect! Kim finds happiness and fulfillment in the process of helping clients and customers find their perfect home. 

Being a philanthropic person who sincerely cares about humanity and supports the greater good, Kim raised money for ALS and St. Jude’s Children’s organization and lent her voice to a recorded CD compilation of Van Halen songs to raise money for Lung Cancer research. She also helps with organizations such as Covid Survivors for Change and Yellow Heart Memorial.  When not working, Kim likes to sing in her band, walk/hike nature trails, and research genealogy.
